Alfred Arthur GeorgeFARMANIt is with heavy hearts that the family would like to announce on Tuesday 14th January 2025 Alf aged 90 years passed away peacefully whilst in the dedicated Newgrove Care Home in New Waltham.
Alf was the much-loved Husband of the late Maureen, a loving Partner of the late Margaret, an adored Dad of Neil and Julie and a precious Father-in-Law of Tarnya.
Alf was also a devoted Grandad of Becky, Ben, Carl and Dan a cherished Great Grandad of Rhys, Leah, Hunter, Theo and Ella and a very dear Friend to all. Alf will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A service to celebrate Alf’s life will take place at St Giles Church, Church Lane, Scartho on Thursday 30th January 2025 at 12 noon followed by a committal in Scartho Road Cemetery.
Family flowers only, but if so desired, a donation for Newgrove Care Home Residents Fund in Alf’s memory can be given on the day of the service where upon a donation box will be situated outside the St Giles Church Doors.
Following the service a wake will be held at the Rose and Crown, Louth Road, Scartho.
